• Custom automation workflow development
• AI integration and implementation
• Process auditing and consulting
• Ongoing support and maintenance

Service specifications, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

3. User Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Ensure you have necessary permissions for data and systems we integrate with
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Fixed-price projects require payment according to agreed milestones
• Ongoing support services are billed monthly or as agreed
• Payments are due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and configurations created specifically for their project. However:

• Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our property
• We retain the right to reuse general automation patterns and approaches
• Third-party software and APIs are subject to their respective licenses

6. Warranties and Limitations

We strive to deliver high-quality services, but:

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or ROI
• We are not liable for issues arising from third-party services or APIs
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the project agreement. Upon termination:

• Client pays for work completed to date
• We provide deliverables for completed milestones
• Ongoing support services terminate at the end of the current billing period

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
